🪙 All New Screpy Credits!

There are no limits anymore. There are only credits. We’re excited to introduce a more flexible credit system in Screpy! This update is designed to simplify how you manage projects and resources, giving you more control over how you use your credits across the platform. How the New Credit System Works In the new system, all actions within Screpy — whether it’s project creation, SERP keyword tracking, generating reports, adding team members, or running analyses — are now powered by credits. There are no limits on the number of projects or SERP keywords you can add, as long as you have enough credits. Here’s a breakdown of how you’ll use credits: - Project Creation: - When you create a new project, a certain amount of credits will be deducted from your available balance. - This is one credit per page. This is repeated at each re-analysis. - Once image analysis is activated, each image analysis costs 5 credits. This is repeated for each analysis. (Default: Off) - Links within the page do not consume credit. - There is no limit to adding projects. - SERP Keyword Tracking: - Adding keywords for SERP tracking will also consume credits. The more keywords you add, the more credits are used. - This number is one credit per keyword. - Mobile and desktop keywords are analyzed separately and if both platforms are selected for a keyword, then a keyword consumes 2 credits. - These credit usages are repeated every time the auto analysis or re-analyze starts. - Competitor Tracking: - Adding competitor tracking will also consume credits. The more keywords you add, the more credits are used. - This number is 10 credits per competitor. - These credit usages are repeated every month Learn more - Team Member: - There is no limit to adding team members. - Adding each team member uses 50 credits. - A team member does not consume extra credit when added to more than one project. - These credits are redrawn for each team member each month. - Generate PDF Report: - Adding a report uses 10 credits. - There is no limit to creating reports. - White Labeled Reports: - Adding a white label to your report uses an extra 50 credits. - Creating a white-labeled report uses 50+10 = 60 credits. - White label shows your own brand in the report. By default, the Screpy logo appears. Requests credit per query 1 Page 🪙1 credit 1 Image 🪙5 credits SERP Mobile Keyword Analysis 🪙1 credit SERP Desktop Keyword Analysis 🪙1 credit SERP Competitor analysis 🪙10 credits/mo Reports 🪙10 credits White-Labeled Report 🪙60 credits Team Member 🪙50 credits/mo No More Project or Keyword Limits In the old system, you were limited by a set number of projects and keywords. Now, you have the flexibility to use your credits however you like: - You can add as many projects or keywords as you need, as long as you have credits. - You can allocate your credits based on your priorities (e.g., focusing on audits this month, then shifting more to SERP tracking next month). How to Check and Manage Your Credits 1. Credit Balance: You can see your remaining credits at the top of your dashboard or billing page. Please note: Plan credits renew monthly and are not rolled up. 2. Refilling Credits: When your credits run low, you can purchase more directly from your account. Please note: There is no expiration date for the credits you purchase. Plan credits are used first. 3. Earned Credits: These are credits earned from rewards and do not expire. 4. Monitoring Usage: You’ll be able to track how your credits are used — whether it's for creating projects, adding keywords, or running analyses. See Credits Credit Limits According to Plan The monthly recurring credit numbers are as follows, depending on the plan you have. Plan Credits Free 🪙100 Credits Lite 🪙2500 Credits/mo Pro 🪙8000 Credits/mo Advanced 🪙30,000 Credits/mo Upgrade Plan Buy Extra Credit If your monthly credits are not enough, do not worry. You can add as many credits as you want to your plan credits. There is also no expiration date. In other words, you can use all the credits you purchase at any time. You can also purchase packages specially prepared for you, Or purchase any quantity you want. Earn Extra Credit with Our Rewards Earned rewards appear in the earning credits section on the billing page. They do not expire and are not renewed. You can go to the rewards page from this link. *Rewards will be confirmed and your balance will be loaded within 24-48 hours. Example of Credit Usage Let’s say you have 🪙1000 credits: - You create a new project with 🪙100 pages. - You add 50 desktop(50 credits) and mobile(50 credits) keywords to track for SERP rankings, which uses another 🪙100 credits. - You add 1 team member, which uses 🪙50 credits/mo. - You add 4 reports, which use 🪙40 credits. If an automatic weekly update is active, the same SERP keywords(100 credits) and project analysis(100 credits) credits are spent again in each analysis. So, you will have used 🪙890 credits at the end of the month. FAQs What happens when I run out of credits? You won’t be able to create new projects, add keywords, or run analyses until you top up your credits. How do I buy more credits? You can purchase credits directly through your Screpy account. Simply go to the billing section and choose the amount of credits you need. Do credits expire? Purchased and earned from rewards credits do not have an expiration date. You can use them whenever you want, with no time limit. Your credits from the plan renew each month and are not rolled up. Can I use credits across different projects? Yes! Credits can be used across all your projects and tasks, giving you full control over how you allocate them. Where are my project or SERP keywords and all other limits? sgbsrthb Can I see my credit usage history? Yes, you can access your credit usage page by clicking this link. Are the credits renewed every month? ❗ Understanding Issues in Screpy

Screpy’s Issues section helps you identify and fix problems on your website that may affect its performance, SEO ranking, or user experience. Here’s a breakdown of how issues are displayed and what they mean: Types of Issues 1. 🔴 Critical Issues (Red): - Shown in red, these are the most serious problems that require immediate attention. They can significantly impact your website’s performance or search engine ranking. 2. 🟡 Warnings (Yellow): - Shown in yellow, these are moderate issues that should be addressed to improve your website’s health and performance. While not as severe as red issues, warnings can still negatively impact your site if left unresolved. 3. 🔵 Notices (Blue): - Shown in blue, these are informational alerts. They are not errors but recommendations or best practices that you can choose to act upon or ignore, depending on your strategy. How Site Health Score is Calculated? Your Site Health Score is determined based on the number and severity of red (critical) and yellow (warning) issues across your pages. Addressing these issues can improve your site’s overall health score. - Red Issues: Have the highest negative impact on your score. - Yellow Warnings: Also affect your score but to a lesser extent. - Blue Notices: Do not impact your health score and are purely informational. Updating and Resolving Issues - Fixing Issues: Once you fix the errors on your site, they will be marked as resolved in Screpy after the next analysis. - Immediate Re-Analysis: If you want to see your changes reflected right away, click the Re-Analysis button to start a new analysis. - Credit Usage: Re-analyzing your site will use 1 credit per page. Tips for Managing Issues - Prioritize Red and Yellow Issues: Focus on resolving critical and warning issues first, as these have the most significant impact on your site’s performance and SEO. - Evaluate Blue Notices: Review these alerts and decide whether taking action is necessary based on your specific goals and website strategy. By regularly checking and addressing the issues highlighted in Screpy, you can ensure your website remains healthy and optimized for search engines and users. 🔃 What is Re-crawl and What Does It Do?

The Re-crawl feature in Screpy is designed to give you the flexibility to instantly re-analyze your project whenever you need. This is especially useful if you’ve made significant changes to your website and want to see the updated analysis results right away. How to Use the Re-crawl Feature 1. Locate the Re-crawl Button: - The Re-crawl button can be found at the top right corner of each project page. 2. Instant Re-analysis: - Clicking the Re-crawl button will trigger an immediate analysis of your project. This allows Screpy to collect and process the latest data from your website. 3. Credit Usage: - Be aware that using the Re-crawl feature will consume credits equivalent to the number of pages in your project. For example, if your project has 50 pages, 50 credits will be deducted. When to Use Re-crawl - After Major Website Updates: If you’ve made significant updates or optimizations to your site, such as changing content, improving technical SEO, or modifying the website structure, use the Re-crawl button to see the impact of those changes in Screpy immediately. - Regular Monitoring: If you want to keep your site analysis updated in real-time rather than waiting for the next scheduled auto-crawl. Auto Crawl vs. Re-crawl - Auto Crawl: By default, Screpy automatically analyzes your website on a weekly/ 2 week/monthly basis to keep your data up-to-date. - Re-crawl: Use this for on-demand analysis if you need the latest insights sooner than the scheduled auto-crawl. Important Note Since Re-crawl uses credits, make sure to use it wisely. It’s best suited for when you need immediate feedback on recent changes, while the weekly auto-crawl will handle routine updates. For any questions or assistance, feel free to contact our support team. Happy analyzing! 😊

Why My Website Is Not Being Analyzed?

If Screpy is having trouble analyzing your website, there are several common reasons and solutions to consider. Let’s walk through the steps you can take to resolve this issue. How Do I Know If My Project Has Not Been Analyzed Properly? Here are some signs that indicate your project may not have been analyzed correctly: 1. Fewer Pages Than Expected: If the number of pages Screpy analyzed is significantly lower than expected, there could be an issue preventing Screpy from fully crawling your site. 2. Missing Data: If certain data points, like SEO scores or keyword rankings, appear incomplete or are not visible, it suggests the analysis did not gather all the necessary information. 3. Error Messages: Receiving error messages during or after the analysis process is a clear sign that something went wrong. 4. Analysis Never Completes: If your project remains in the "Analyzing" status for an extended time and never finishes, the analysis may have failed. If no pages have been detected after a certain period of time. 5. Re-analysis Issues: If your initial analysis was successful but subsequent re-analyses are not completing or returning accurate data, check if your website's settings have changed. (For example, a firewall may have been activated on your site after the initial analysis.) URL Not Accepted: If you’re having trouble adding your URL on the project setup page and the system won’t accept it, this could indicate a compatibility or access issue. First of all, make sure you have written the URL correctly. Or even go to your website and copy and paste your homepage link into Screpy. This will also help us bypass some redirect issues. If the problem persists, it could be a firewall issue. Possible Reasons and Solutions; Firewall Blocking Screpy Bots Your website’s security settings might be blocking Screpy’s bots. This is often due to: - Cloudflare or Similar Services: Check if Cloudflare or another security service is in use and may be blocking Screpy. - Security Plugins: If you use security plugins on your website, they could be preventing Screpy from accessing your site. - Hosting Provider Firewall: Sometimes, your hosting company may have a built-in firewall that restricts Screpy’s bots. Solution: - Whitelist the following Screpy bot IP addresses in your firewall or ask your hosting provider to whitelist them for you: - 49.13.118.216 - 49.13.56.96 - 5.75.247.29 Geographical Restrictions Your website may be restricted in certain geographical regions. Screpy needs to access your site from global locations, especially from Europe and the United States. Solution: - Check your website’s accessibility settings and make sure it is not restricted in key regions like Europe and America. Temporarily lift restrictions if necessary. JavaScript-Based Websites If your site is built using JavaScript frameworks (like React, Angular, or Vue), Screpy may not be able to analyze it correctly unless specific settings are configured. Solution: - When adding your project, make sure to enable the “Execute JavaScript” option under Advanced Settings. This allows Screpy to properly render and analyze JavaScript-based sites. Login Authentication or Security Checks Screpy cannot analyze websites that require special access or have additional security checks such as: - Login authentication - Password protection - CAPTCHA or reCAPTCHA Solution: - If your website has any of these restrictions, consider temporarily disabling them for Screpy’s analysis. Alternatively, you can create a specific access route without these security measures. Still Having Issues? If you’ve tried all of the above and your website still cannot be analyzed, the problem might be on our side.
